Sometimes the peaceful place we've created doesn't magically make life peaceful.
Sometimes we have to choose to use it.
We have to recognize when we're edgy.
When we're overwhelmed.
When everything feels just a little too loud.
And sometimes the kindest thing we can do—for ourselves and everyone around us—is give ourselves a little space to reset.
